Brilliant hotel with a warm welcome
Housekeeping was thorough and respectfully timed. Room service was quick and the food was delicious. Everything worked exactly as it should.

Exceeded all our expectations
Every detail felt carefully thought out. The staff remembered our names and preferences, a lovely touch. The executive lounge was a wonderful bonus.

A fantastic find
Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile. Check-in was fast and the reception staff were wonderful. We felt safe and well looked after at all times.

The location could not have been better, close to everything yet quiet at night. Travelling with kids was easy thanks to the helpful staff.
