Could not have asked for more
Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile. The pool area was clean, warm and never felt crowded. Everything worked exactly as it should.

Flawless service from start to finish
The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We felt safe and well looked after at all times. It felt like a home away from home.

We will definitely be back
We felt safe and well looked after at all times. The staff remembered our names and preferences, a lovely touch. Plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.
