The best hotel we have stayed at
The staff remembered our names and preferences, a lovely touch. Plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile. The executive lounge was a wonderful bonus.

Everything was simply outstanding
The lobby was elegant and smelled wonderful. Travelling with kids was easy thanks to the helpful staff. We felt safe and well looked after at all times.

Exceeded all our expectations
The pool area was clean, warm and never felt crowded. Housekeeping was thorough and respectfully timed. The staff remembered our names and preferences, a lovely touch.
