Flawless service from start to finish
The executive lounge was a wonderful bonus. Everything worked exactly as it should. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in.

Brilliant hotel with a warm welcome
The location could not have been better, close to everything yet quiet at night. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. The pool area was clean, warm and never felt crowded.

Housekeeping was thorough and respectfully timed. The executive lounge was a wonderful bonus. Room service was quick and the food was delicious.

Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile. Housekeeping was thorough and respectfully timed. The staff remembered our names and preferences, a lovely touch.
