Five stars well deserved
The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The lobby was elegant and smelled wonderful. The executive lounge was a wonderful bonus.

Flawless service from start to finish
The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. Travelling with kids was easy thanks to the helpful staff. Room service was quick and the food was delicious.

Impeccable rooms and great amenities
The location could not have been better, close to everything yet quiet at night. Housekeeping was thorough and respectfully timed.

Everything was simply outstanding
The pool area was clean, warm and never felt crowded. The staff remembered our names and preferences, a lovely touch. Plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.
