杜顺河上有七栋私人住宅。 每间客房都独具特色，既能欣赏美景、感受微风，又能保障客人的隐私。 有的房间面向马来西亚原始雨林，有的房间则眺望远处连绵起伏的山丘。
1984年，我们家开始在这12英亩的土地上种树。 我们现在拥有两百多棵果树、两条森林步道、七栋雨林别墅、两个游泳池、鹿、鸡和蔬菜。
